Dynamic Automation & Robotics has several managed engineering groups. The mechanical engineering team will design your machine 100% up-front using solid modeling software.  A series of design reviews will be available during the design process leading up to a final design review, which will kick-off the fabrication process.

The controls engineering effort for a project is managed by our internal controls team.  The lead controls engineer will work closely with the mechanical design engineer on the project to develop a controls package based on automation components selected, machine sequence of operations, and customer controls requirements.  The electrical schematic will be developed and available for review if desired.  Additionally controls and robotics engineers will work hand in hand to finalize the operation of your machine.

Dynamic Automation & Robotics has a large team of  in-house machine builders. Once the final project design has been approved, a senior level machine builder will be assigned to the project.  Most machining processes and metal working will be outsourced to pre-approved machine shops.  This gives us greater control over our delivery schedule while managing multiple projects at the same time.  The machine will be assembled completely in-house, with the lead build manager overseeing a team of machine builders.  Regularly scheduled meetings are highly recommended to track the progress of the build.

On-time delivery is top priority at Dynamic Automation & Robotics. This is accomplished by assigning a dedicated project manager to every job. A Gantt chart is developed that outlines all engineering and manufacturing tasks from start to finish. Through planned design reviews, weekly progress reports, and electronic updates, the customer is always involved and aware of the status of their machine.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Responsible for the project from receipt of purchase order through final installation and final customer acceptance.
• Key single point customer contact for the duration of the project.
• Lead, manage and give direction to other members of the project team.
